Superior customer service begins with communication. Our advantage compared to other engineering firms is our priority on interoffice communication. As a multi discipline firm, we are able to communicate and coordinate with each trade with ease. This reduces miscommunication between trades and eliminates any discrepancies in information provided on final drawings. The individuals that meet the client during the interview process will be involved with the design from the beginning until completion thereby reducing any miscommunication between parties. Every project is a complete collaborative effort.

Located in Charlotte, NC and incorporated in 1994 as an Electrical Consulting, Professional Association in the State of North Carolina, Lee Teeter and Dan Toman partnered to form Teeter Consulting. The two began with a vision of becoming a full service engineering firm in order to better serve our clients needs.  

While the company was growing, the vision of a full service consulting engineering firm had not yet been accomplished. The year 2000 brought multiple additions to the company.  Buck Driggers joined the firm to head the mechanical, plumbing and fire protection departments.  Later that same year, Teeter Consulting merged with Integrated Engineering Group, a Plumbing, Mechanical, and Fire Protection firm to create Teeter Engineering Group, P.A. The current staff has allowed Teeter Engineering to mature into a full-service consulting engineering firm able to serve the needs of our clients and our community.

As goals are met, new ones form.  Dedicated to being responsible caretakers of our planet, Teeter Engineering is focused on energy conservation and sustainable design. With LEED® Accredited Professionals on staff, Teeter Engineering Group strives to become a leader in responsible design practices.
